Only the person who shares their calendars. Delegates’ own Attaché accounts are free, so a spouse, an assistant or a caregiver never pays to help you.
Your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Delegate access is paused, and any calendar connections beyond the Free limit of 5 are paused too. None of your calendar data is deleted: subscribing turns your connections back on, and delegate access too if you subscribe within 90 days. After that, paused delegate access ends and you can invite your delegates again.
On the web, in the apps you download from us and in the Microsoft Store app, you buy Pro from Polar, our merchant of record, which handles the payment and the tax. In the apps from Apple’s App Store (iPhone, iPad and the Mac App Store) you buy it from Apple, and in the app from Google Play, from Google. Wherever you buy it, Pro works everywhere you use Attaché, and we never see your card number.
Cancel any time, with whoever sold you Pro: for Polar, in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, or from the link in Polar’s e-mails; for Apple, in your Apple Account’s subscriptions; for Google Play, in Google Play’s subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your account moves to Free.
If you bought Pro through Polar, ask for a full refund within 14 days of a charge by emailing support@tryattache.com, and Polar makes the refund. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, and Google Play purchases under Google Play’s policies. The terms have the details.
US dollars. Polar adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. Prices in the App Store and on Google Play follow Apple’s and Google’s local pricing, so they, and their taxes, may differ by country.
